Purpose of role is to assist in the development of product which provides a competitive advantage, ensure sales and profitability growth targets are met, and provide best practice product administration and planning services

The Product Coordinator is responsible for assisting the product team with tour set up and ongoing inbox management. Provide support to Customer Service Centre and Sales Teams to grow product knowledge. Work to develop processes and procedures as well as system improvements to benefit the business.

THE ROLE

We employ industry experienced professionals or individuals with a passion to work in travel. The coordinator is responsible for assisting to all product teams with tour set up and ongoing tour maintenance. Provide support to Customer Service Centre and Sales Teams to grow product knowledge. Work to develop processes and procedures as well as system improvements to benefit the business.

Product Coordinators assist with the following activities-

  • Secure inventory with suppliers
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain the inbox and ensure emails are actioned within 24 hours of receiving them
  • All documentation itineraries prepared, checked and loaded a minimum of 8 weeks prior to first tour departing
  • Assist with analysis of Traveller Feedback in order to constantly improve product delivery
  • Attend Consumer shows and Expos promoting product if required
  • Contribution towards product development ideas
