What will you do?
As one of our People & Culture Business Partners, you will play a vital role in shaping our employee experience and ensure we are in alignment with our people strategies and priorities. You will also:
- Partner with senior leaders on all People & Culture matters including talent management, performance, employee relations and workforce planning
- Assist leaders and operational teams to address specific People & Culture challenges and opportunities
- Provide expertise and guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution and conflict management
Who are you?
Your expertise and knowledge should include:
- Demonstrated business partnering experience including capability, building rapport and trust at all levels within the organisation. Experience with public facing workforces and handling volume ER matters will be very well regarded.
- Well-developed knowledge of Australian employment law and employee relations
- Deep Sound understanding of People & Culture process and best practices
- Well-developed knowledge of Australian employment law and employee relations
- Experience and knowledge of Industry Award rates and conditions
- Experience with coaching and developing leaders to enhance their people leadership capability
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or other relevant field) or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Experience in coaching and developing leaders to enhance their people leadership capability will be highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
