The Opportunity 

The Business Support Manager, SEA ensures the seamless operation of the administrative unit that supports the Self-Employment Assistance program at Asuria.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Lead the admin support team to achieve strategic goals includes setting role responsibilities, processes, personal growth opportunities, performance management and more.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant compliance requirements, notably the Self-Employment Assistance Deed.
  • Foster a team culture that champions customer experience, continuous improvement, and maintenance of compliance at all times.
  • Instill a customer-centric mindset within the team to prioritise and enhance the overall customer experience, particularly with the enrolment and quarterly review process. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for business support processes within the team to maintain compliance, mitigate risks and improve customer experience. 
  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to enhance collaboration and maintain a positive organisational reputation

What sets you apart from the rest? 

  • Demonstrated experience in roles such in operations and administration as a team leader or similar positions within the services sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is desirable
  • Understanding of how to enhance and manage administration operations within the service sector
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the structuring of reports
  • Demonstrated skills in managing people, managing operations, and guiding teams
  • Experience planning and organising tasks and projects
  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in people management, operations, and administration
  • Skilled at leveraging technology for workplace efficiency
  • Strong skills in analysis and creating detailed reports
