What will I be doing?

As our IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and escalating complex problems when necessary.

Responsibilities and duties in this role will also include:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for Asuria employees seeking IT assistance via phone, email, or in-person
  • Provide Level 1/2 technical support, including password resets, account setup, and software installation
  • Handle more complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Maintaining internal documentation, including procedures, processes and asset registers
  • Troubleshoot access configurations, device posture checks, endpoint protection issues, and policy enforcement failures

 

Who are you?

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • MS Active Directory, MS Azure and Microsoft 365 management
  • Microsoft Intune administration and policy troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
  • Knowledge and experience of consumer devices including iOS and Android operating systems
  • Check Point Harmony Mobile/Endpoint Security troubleshooting and configuration review.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
