What will you be doing?
As an In Work Support Mentor, you will play a critical role in providing ongoing support to participants who have secured employment.
- Developing solid relationships with both Participants and Employers in the provision of Work Supports
- Focus on Post Placement Support (PPS) for all Participants and FOE/Site Brokered
- Employers. (Employment Engagement Consultants (EEC) manage PPS for EEC brokered claims in partnership with the In Work Support Mentor.)
- Maximizing work retention in sustainable employment via timely supports and interventions
- Ensuring that each Outcome type is maximized for positive performance and revenue impacts.
Who are you?
- Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Builds appropriate rapport, can find common ground, creates trust
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
