What will I be doing?

You will play a critical role leading, managing, and coordinating our Workforce Australia Services contract within an Employment Region. This role will see you:

  • Foster a high-performance culture alongside day-to-day supervision, coaching and performance management of the team
  • Implement strategies to achieve both team targets and business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to create meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on team performance and operational outcomes

 

Who are you?

We are looking for you to bring knowledge and experience including:

  • Experience within Workforce Australia Services or Employment Services Industry
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and flexibility with people
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • A competitive drive for performance

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
