What will you be doing?
Your role will be to empower individuals both before and after they have entered sustainable employment. You will achieve this by
- Helping them navigate the challenges of their new roles
- Performing regular check-ins with participants
- Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to participants
- Understanding the unique employment needs of your participants
- Collaborating with employers to foster a positive working relationship
You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
Who are you?
Skills and experience we look for include:
- Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same!)
- Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
