What will you be doing?

Your role will be to empower individuals both before and after they have entered sustainable employment. You will achieve this by

• Helping them navigate the challenges of their new roles
• Performing regular check-ins with participants
• Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to participants
• Understanding the unique employment needs of your participants
• Collaborating with employers to foster a positive working relationship

You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes. 

Who are you?

Skills and experience we look for include:

• Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same!)
• Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
