About our opportunity

Our Team Leader motivates, coaches, and supports our Mentors to provide an exceptional service to jobseekers to place them into sustainable employment. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Transition to Work Services, ensuring operational and contractual compliance and ensuring the team achieves financial targets and KPIs.

 

Who are you?

Your experience gained from a similar role within Employment Services which will be key to your success. You will have a real passion for working with people to help them develop, and demonstrate proven experience and leadership skills. Experience gained within Transition To Work programs will be highly regarded.

You will need to inspire, motivate and coach to encourage exemplary service delivery. Leading by example and displaying a driven sense of purpose and are determined to promote positive understanding and appreciation of the needs of others – especially job seekers, disengaged youth, people with a disability.

You will bring a proven track record in creating a professional atmosphere by motivating a team within a diverse cultural environment, as well as successfully monitoring performance to achieve business outcomes and key performance indicators to support positive outcomes for our jobseekers.
