About the Role:

The Team Leader plays a critical role leading, managing, and coordinating our Workforce Australia Services contract across multiple sites within an Employment Region. Fostering a high-performance culture, you will implement strategies to achieve both team targets and business goals.

We are looking for someone who can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to create meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for people with disability, injury or health conditions.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience within Workforce Australia Services or Employment Services Industry
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and flexibility with people
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • A competitive drive for performance
