What will you do?

You will lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your strategic vision, commercial and operational acumen will support the development and implementation of regional strategies and initiatives that align with our organisational goals. 

Who are you?

We are looking for skills and experience such as:

• Proven track record in leading teams within Employment Services (or similar industry)
• Strategic thinker with operational planning experience
• Proven capability to drive results and achieve targets
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Cert IV in Employment Services is preferred, but not essential
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications are beneficial

 A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
