What will I be doing?
As our Team Leader - Outcomes, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Claims Administrators to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of claims.
Other responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day supervision, coaching and performance management of the team
- Supporting the Head of Operations with driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Provide an accurate forecast at the beginning of each month, reviewing forecast on a regular basis and report on any risks of achieving a forecast.
- Monitor claim volumes, turnaround times, accuracy levels and implementing corrective actions as required
- Provide regular updates and reporting on team performance and operational outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improved claims processes and systems
Who are you?
We are looking for you to bring knowledge and experience including:
- Understanding of the Deed and Guidelines related to the IEA and TTW contracts
- Demonstrated experience within Employment Services – with claims administration highly regarded
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Solid time management and organisational skills
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
