The Opportunity
The National Employer Partnership Manager (NEPM) will develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers nationally and showcase a new model to achieve better program outcomes. Employer partnerships will be developed through relationships with key stakeholders including Industry Associations. The NEPM will work closely with the Industry Partnership Manager to deliver on the employer’s service strategic plan.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and manage sustainable relationships with national employers
- Develop and manage an end-to-end service delivery model, from the effective coordination of candidate referrals across all providers through to ensuring compliance with program guidelines (eg. eligibility, payments, risk assessments, etc)
- Collaborate with employers and Industry Associations to meet expectations, performance objectives and targets
- Promote Asuria and continuously seek ways to enhance and embed our offerings into the business of new partnerships
- Develop and implement a process to measure performance and promote continuous improvement
- Develop and lead projects aligned with the Employer Services Strategic Plan, including the development of policy and procedure
- Provide comprehensive reporting on the partnerships, the service delivery program and the results achieved
What sets you apart from the rest?
- Relevant qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, Project/Change Management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with change management principles
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery and partnership management
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment activities especially with large complex organizations 2+ years business development experience (beyond an inside sales function).
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets for new partner acquisition
- Budgetary control and management with business reporting
- Act as central project manager within Fetch to maximize client servicing and a smooth end-to-end process for Media Products focus on high potential accounts
