Employer Engagement Consultant proactively deliver quality employment services solutions to employers to achieve sustainable employment for jobseekers.
Employer Engagement Consultant create successful business relationships with employers and identify new opportunities and solutions so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.
Do you have what it takes to become an Asurian Employer Engagement Consultant?
To be a successful Asurian Employer Engagement Consultant, you must be able to balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve business outcomes. You will have exceptional business development and customer service skills with the ability to build successful business relationships. You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and sales with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.
