We have an exciting opportunity for Accounts Payable Officer in Chatswood, NSW who will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. This role is crucial in maintaining positive supplier relationships and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

About the Role

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable function; to maintain accurate and efficient reconciliations for all vendors, invoice processing, bank reconciliations and support the team on month end / GL close.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process Vendors invoices into the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) & Xero system & arranging weekly batch EFT payment
  • Manage Accounts Payable central email box & clearing all the actioned items on daily basis for one of the entities
  • Manage staff expense reimbursement & corporate cards processing on weekly basis 
  • Process & arrange job seeker reimbursement batch payment after matching with respective POs into the system 
  • Assist GL Accounting team in the month end close & AP reports

What Sets You Apart? 

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance 
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge 
  • Xero/ Dynamic 365 Business central would be preferable
  • Advance /intermediate excel skills
