What will I be doing?

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Creation of wage subsidy agreements and payment schedules within SLA
  • Ensuring documentary evidence for payments is requested from employers within SLA
  • Working with the Team Leader to ensure 100% compliance with internal and Departmental audits.
  • Process Purchase Orders accurately and in a timely manner

 

Who are you?

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • Understanding of Workforce Australia and Transition to Work Deed 2022- 2028 and Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Inclusive Employment Australia Wage Subsidy Guidelines will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Builds constructive and effective relationships across all levels inside and outside of the business.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast pace, pressured environment and against tight deadlines 

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
