About the Role

The role of Regional Manager is to manage the delivery of the Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) Program in allocated regions as well as drive engagement activities by ensuring a high-quality, client focused approach to the services provided. The position is also responsible for ensuring that program delivery is in accordance with all contractual and compliance requirements and as well ensuring that all the team members are positively contributing to the outcome of the program. Interstate travel may be required.

What sets you apart from the rest?

To be a successful Asurian Leader, you must have a real passion for working with people to help them develop and can demonstrate proven experience and leadership skills. You must have an understanding of government funded contracts for employment related services and a customer-centric service delivery models. You must be able to provide high quality communication skills both oral and verbal and have strong attention to details. A degree qualification is preferred but not essential.
