About the Role:

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic employment services team and manage a diverse client portfolio across multiple Sydney locations. This is a leadership role that combines operational oversight with strategic customer engagement and business development. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping regional success and be part of a leadership team influencing company-wide goals.

You’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring your team. You'll ensure that services are delivered with impact and compliance, foster long-term stakeholder relationships, and align regional strategies with our national objectives. Driving operational performance, championing innovation, and reporting on key outcomes will be at the core of your day-to-day impact. 

Primarily based at our Maroubra site, this role will work collectively across multiple sites including Marrickville, Bondi Junction, Redfern and Campsie.

Requirements:

  • Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence
  • Proven team leadership experience is essential
  • Leadership experience within the employment services sector is advantageous
  • Knowledge of employment services, workforce solutions or professional services preferred

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a leadership or regional management role—someone who excels at people leadership, builds strong rapport with stakeholders, and brings commercial acumen with a focus on results. Knowledge of employer services, workforce solutions, or professional services is highly desirable, as is a mindset geared toward strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
