About our opportunity
In this role, you will proactively engage with youth job seekers to guide them towards sustainable employment.
Your role involves motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.
You will also have responsibility to monitor and review their progress including post placement and visiting participants at their employment.
Who are you?
We are looking for people with a blend of empathy, strong customer service, and administrative skills as well as a sales mindset. Your ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a diverse team environment will set you apart.
Your demonstrated experience in exceptional customer service and administration, coupled with sound computer literacy, will be advantageous.
If you have worked within Employment Services previously that will be highly regarded as well as being able to work towards and meet targets.
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
