What will I be doing?

As a Senior Business Mentor within our Self Employment Assistance team, you will support the Regional Manager in managing staff and resources to achieve the successful delivery of Employment Services across multiple Employment Regions.

  • On-board, train and coach all Business Mentors within the assigned Team, working with individuals to tailor support to achieve the delivery of the operational objectives
  • Tailors support and mentorship to staff as appropriate, ensuring the successful delivery of operational objectives.
  • Develops and reviews individualised Business Plans to progress participants onto Small Business Coaching
  • Coordinates and facilitates the Participants access to Training
  • Monitors and reviews Participant’s engagement, participation and progress in company record data base

 

Who are you?

Skills and experience we look for include:

  • Experience in Business Management
  • High level verbal and written communication skills 
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Business and financial acumen 
  • Time management and organisational skills 
  • Sound IT skills

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
