What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain the change management plan for the HRIS implementation
  • Manage internal communications for the HRIS project
  • Create and maintain end-user and leader guides, quick reference tools, FAQs, and how-to content
  • Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities, maintaining a clear view of milestones, tasks, and dependencies across modules.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and incorporated 

 

Who are you?

Skills and experience we look for include:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of a HRIS, HR technology solution or similar business system
  • Experience in developing or supporting change management activities
  • Experience designing and delivering training (in person and/or virtual) and supporting train-the-trainer models
  • Ability to write clear, user-friendly communications and guides for diverse audiences
  • High attention to detail in documentation, configuration notes, training materials, and communication.
  • Experience working directly with ELMO HRIS or similar Australian HR/payroll SaaS platform would be highly advantageous

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
