The Role

The Senior Property Manager supports the delivery and execution of our company's Property Strategy. Reporting to the National Property Manager, you'll be assisting with all services related to leasing, landlord management, site relocation and upgrades that are managed by the team. Looking after a large portfolio, you'll be crucial in the review and management of Asuria's leasing processes; demonstrating excellent service and risk mitigation to internal customers.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

  • Extensive experience managing a large portfolio (departmental and project budget experience will be highly regarded)
  • Familiarity with property management systems, customer management tools and Office 365
  • Strong customer service manner and strong organisational skills
  • Honesty and Integrity in line with Asuria's values
