About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager –Transition to Work, you will be at the forefront of our mission, building partnerships and referral pathways with local business, government agencies and key support services. You will drive sustainable employment opportunities for ‘Group 2 Participants’ through fostering relationships and driving engagement with Community Organisations and Educational Institutions within the employment region.

Requirements:

·        Experience within Employment Services or related industry is advantageous

·        Cert IV in Employment Services is preferred, but not essential

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

About You:

We’re seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in community engagement, ideally within Employment Services or similar sector. You have exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, coupled with a genuine passion for creating impactful connections. Your ability to develop and deliver engagement strategies, along with your knowledge of community organisations and employment trends, will make you a standout candidate. Experience working with diverse groups, including individuals with disabilities or culturally and linguistically diverse communities, will be highly regarded.
