We have an exciting opportunity for Claims Administrator (Location – This role can be based at any Asuria office in Tasmania) who provide support to Participants and employers after placement into employment. The Claims Officer uses risk management principles and relationship development strategies to ensure successful employment outcomes and tracks all Education and Employment placements with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Monitor, review and record participation and progress in employment and education and manage claims as required.
  • Identify early, any appropriate interventions that can be implemented before an ‘at risk’ situation escalates.
  • Undertake 'Effective Questioning' and regular monitoring to establish any potential issues.
  • Work with Employment Consultants to anchor Participant into another placement when required.
  • Submitting claims accurately and within the agreed timelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery
  • Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills  
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Certificate IV in Employment Services; preferred but not essential
