About the Role:

Reporting to the Employee Engagement Manager, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities, with a heavy emphasis on developing tailored approaches to attract top talent.

You will work closely with hiring managers to provide proactive and consultative recruitment solutions, to ensure our organisation is positioned as an employer of choice. Additionally, you will lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that support diverse and inclusive hiring practices, while continuously refining recruitment processes. 

Requirements:

  • Proven end to end recruitment experience, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent pooling, proactive sourcing. A background in volume recruitment would be highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to successfully influence and collaborate across the organisation with a focus on quality of hire, aligned to requirements
  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies and best practice
  • Passion for candidate experience and employer branding

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will bring proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. Your expertise in talent strategies, proactive sourcing, candidate experience and continuous improvement will be instrumental in helping us achieve our hiring objectives. Strong stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to build relationships and influence hiring decisions effectively. Knowledge of recruitment technologies and best practices, along with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, will round out your success in this role.
