The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent customer service from our Chatswood office!

Treating customer inquiries with care along with responsibly triaging and escalating, when necessary, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer service environment and wants to provide the best possible care for those who need it.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner.
  • Working to KPIs and keeping a good attitude through the workday
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their staffing needs, process & job requirements
  • Receive customer feedback, complaint and desired resolution accurately and thoroughly
  • Keeping administation up to date and accurate.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

  • Previous experience in a customer service capacity, ideally
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organise self around a consistent workload
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills both verbal and written
