What is our opportunity?

Your role will be to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by meeting specific targets, providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, is a key driver of success in this role. 

 

Who are you?

You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.  Skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same!)
  • Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
