What will you do?
You will play a critical role in our business with responsibility for the leadership, management and coordination of our Workforce Australia Services team across multiple sites.
Responsibilities and duties in this role include:
- Working with the Regional Manager to develop direction, strategic and business plans.
- Manage the allocation of assets and resources to achieve operationsl and financial targets.
- Recruit, on-board, train and coach staff including tailoring support to achieve objectives.
- Develop and review individualised job plans to progress participants closer to the labour market.
- Monitor and review participant’s engagement, participation and progress in Employment Services System and company record database.
Who are you?
Skills and experience we are looking for include:
- Proven experience in an operational management role
- Minimum of 2 years of Employment Services industry experience
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Sound time management and organizational skills
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
