What will I be doing? 

Your role involves provision of a high-quality administrative and customer support such as: 

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from program participants, employers, partners and staff providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 
  • Deliver first-class service to customers by serving customers on the national customer service team lines and other customer contact channels 
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements and process the information in CRM to facilitate the matching of suitable candidates for available positions 
  • Receive customer feedback, complaint and desired resolution accurately and thoroughly. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, ensuring that all stakeholder’s information and service details are correctly documented in the CRM system 

 

Who are you? 

Skills and experience we are looking for you to bring: 

  • Understanding of Workforce Australia Guidelines and Disability Employment Service Guidelines (highly regarded) 
  • Understanding of eligibility check lists on Self Employment Assistance program (highly regarded) 
  • High level verbal and written communication skills 
  • Time management and organisational skills, and attention to detail 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, stakeholders and community 
  • Proven experience in a range of areas – ideally from sales, customer service, finance, marketing, recruitment and/or management delivery 


A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
