Our Business Intelligence team are on a mission to find an experienced, commercially minded and innovative Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with our Senior BI Analyst and the wider business to facilitate requirements, design and maintain optimum BI solutions, and support BI reporting and analytics.
Working closely with the global reporting team, you will work to ensure the global data sources stay relevant to the requirements of the local users. You will create the functional and/or technical designs and be responsible for delivering the required Business Intelligence solutions.
So, what goes in to making that happen?
- Support in executing the BI roadmap for ASICS - including optimisation of the existing capability as well the introduction of new and innovative capabilities where applicable
- Accurate and timely delivery of new reporting and dashboard requirements into the production environment
- Establish and maintain appropriate levels of standardisation, documentation and naming conventions. This includes user guides, naming conventions for reports, report standards and guidelines
- Preparation and Execution of Test Cycles
- Develop strong working relationships with the internal customer base, and support with their BI and data requirements
- Shares knowledge and information with the key user community and BI team. Provide BI systems training to key users and end-users of BI systems
- Supports collaboration and cooperation between business and IT functional leads groups
- Establish and maintain a highly effective relationship with business representatives within ASICS globally
- Changes and new developments should be implemented in accordance with the ASICS Reporting change management practices and guidelines
- Identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

That’s enough about us! Here’s what we’d like to see from you:
- You will have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar BI role
- Strong experience in translating business requirements to technical/analytical specifications
- Advanced proficiency with QlikSense
- Advanced - Expert Excel skillset
- Experience with agile work methods and a variation of data management methodologies
- Experience integrating with other systems and external data sources
- Proven ability to deliver work within deadline and to standard
- Demonstrable ability to handle vague information and multiple data sources, with the ability to problem solve and take initiative in finding solutions
- Experience in process improvement and change management encompassing interdepartmental initiatives
