Our high impact, high performing Product team are on the lookout for their next team member! This opportunity is a 12-month fixed-term Parental Leave contract.

Reporting to the Licensed Product Manager, our Product Developer (Licensed Apparel) will be expected to develop athletic apparel and accessories products across multiple sporting codes and apparel lines, whilst sourcing new textiles and applications seasonally.

So, what goes into making that happen:

  • Seamless collation and management of category and supplier activity (Campaigns/Range Reviews), as well as data integrity
  • Daily use of SAP to assist and support the team
  • Prepare all new line information for internal stakeholders
  • Prepare category range review strategy presentations
  • Project management across a number of cross functional initiatives, such as reviews, promotional strategy, and bringing new products to market
  • Further developing our strategic supplier relationships through effective communication and negotiation
  • Support product presentations for both internal and external audiences 

That's enough about us, here's what we'd like to see from you:

  • Experience in garment manufacturing to industry expectations and standards
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role within fashion
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint 
  • A positive attitude, well developed communication skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Confidence in a broad range of software packages such as SAP, MS Office (intermediate level, including Excel, Word/Outlook) and google programs (such as mail, drive and sheets)
  • Exceptional organisation skills and ability to prioritise effectively and deliver to tight deadlines
  • A resilient yet flexible approach and be capable of working autonomously and in a team, within a dynamic fast changing environment.
  • High level initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
