Our IT team is growing! We’re looking for a Retail Support Analyst to work with an array of internal teams across our HQ, Retail and Warehouse network by ensuring all POS, Warehouse Management Systems and a variation of HQ Systems are running smoothly.


So, what goes in to making that happen?

  • Manage the relationship between the IT team and the retail business to understand where improvements can be made
  • Design and deliver IT service strategies that meet the needs of the retail business
  • Maintain and take ownership of the Point of Sale (Teamwork), ensuring it is up-to-date and functional
  • Manage the deployment of new stores, acting as project manager for IT-related aspects
  • Work with the business to meet technology needs in the store, including people counting systems, digital displays, and iPads
  • Conduct regression testing of the Point of Sale system to ensure proper functionality
  • Upload promos to the system and assist with retail stocktake issues
  • Ensure cyber security compliance and identify potential risks for retail systems
  • Collaborate effectively with both IT and retail teams.
  • Assist the business with providing POS services to ASICS events and pop-up stores.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the retail team and build positive relationships
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to design and deliver IT service strategies that meet the needs of the retail business
  • Have worked in a retail environment
  • Previous technical expertise and knowledge of a Point of Sale application
  • Project management skills to manage the deployment of new stores and coordinate the IT-related aspects of the project
  • An understanding of technology in retail and ability to work with the business to meet their technology needs in the store
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to conduct regression testing via the Teamwork App and identify and assist with retail stocktake issues
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both IT and retail teams to ensure successful project outcomes
