Our Warehouse team are on a mission to find an experienced, Outbound PM Team Leader to support in overseeing the daily operations of our PM Outbound operations at our ASICS Oceania Warehouse in Marsden Park.

So, what goes in to making that happen?

  • Ensuring staff are all trained and aware of all SOPs for all functions of the Outbound area
  • Ensure that all picked complete orders have been packed by end of shift
  • Communicate with Startrack & Australia Post to request extra trailers for the afternoon or early next morning if required
  • Liaising with our offsite 3PL partner company to arrange collection from both us and their locations
  • Check that the “Not Shipped Connote Report” is cleared each day
  • Sending daily email reports to our internal retail teams
  • Communicating with Australia Post to arrange bulk collection for our NSW retail stores
  • Monitoring Parcel Send Portal daily to ensure manifesting of all connotes are completed automatically
  • Ensuring end of shift handover emails has been completed
  • Achieve KPI’s assigned to the area
  • Ensuring consumables used in Outbound have been ordered and are sufficient
  • Logging and following up on IT or system issues
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements
  • Minimising Labour used by monitoring performance and limiting downtime
  • Ensuring all safety requirements are being met by all staff
  • Ensuring there is a consistent focus on area housekeeping and cleanliness
