Manager Shared Living – Wangaratta
Lead Locally. Build Community. Change Lives.
If you come from human services, allied health, clinical practice, or a people‑focused leadership role — and you’re ready to bring real heart and bravery to your work — this could be your most meaningful career move yet.
At Aruma, we exist to support people with disability to live a great life — the life they want, the life they choose. And we’re looking for a strong, values‑driven leader to help make that happen.
We strongly encourage applications from people with disability, people with lived experience of disability (including family or caring roles), and people from diverse cultural and community backgrounds. Your lived experience is valued here — not as a side note, but as leadership strength.
This is a Permanent Full Time role based in Wangaratta.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Lead with impact, right where you live: Guide teams who support residents every day. Ensure homes are safe, warm, person‑centred and full of purpose.
You’ll use your expertise for good: Bring your background in allied health, disability, mental health, aged care, or community services — and help shape life‑changing outcomes.
Enjoy a leadership career without leaving regional life behind: Wangaratta shows show steady population growth, strong service sectors, and a high sense of community, making them ideal for leaders who want meaningful work and regional lifestyle stability.
