We’re looking for a capable and values-driven Manager to lead our Shared Living services across the Mildura region and help create safe, inclusive and person-centred homes where people can thrive.

About the Role

As Manager Shared Living, you'll lead a portfolio of disability support services across the Mildura region. You'll inspire and develop a team of Support Workers, build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders, and drive service excellence that empowers people to live independently and achieve their goals.

This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, operational management and meaningful social impact in one rewarding role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a team of Support Workers
  • Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
  • Ensure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practice
  • Partner with residents, families, advocates and stakeholders
  • Support positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practices
  • Oversee workforce planning, rosters and service delivery
  • Manage budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies and quality requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence

 

About You

You're an approachable and values-driven leader who knows how to bring out the best in people. You enjoy coaching teams, building strong relationships and creating environments where both employees and the people they support can thrive.

 

You'll bring:

  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A commitment to inclusion, dignity and person-centred practice
  • Experience in disability, aged care, healthcare, community services or another people-focused sector is highly regarded
