The Role

The SDA & Tenancy Officer will provide essential administrative support to the SDA & Tenancy team. This role ensures smooth operations by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal and external stakeholder communications.

Key functions of the role include:

  • Support shared inboxes and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate tenant and property records in SharePoint and CRM systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of regular reports and presentations.
  • Support compliance activities by ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to audit preparation by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
