We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation and are looking for a detail‑driven, people‑focused Fundraising Officer to play a vital role behind the scenes — strengthening relationships with the supporters who make our mission possible.
Permanent part‑time | 3 days per week
Location: Chatswood (primarily remote with some in-office requirements)

Every donation represents trust, generosity and belief in our purpose. As our Fundraising Officer, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our fundraising function — ensuring supporters feel genuinely valued, data is accurate, campaigns land smoothly and compliance is rock‑solid.
Your work will directly enable choice, inclusion and quality services for people with disability — making a real difference every day.
What you’ll be doing
This is a varied, hands‑on role where your organisation, care and attention to detail will shine. You’ll provide end‑to‑end fundraising administration and supporter care, including:
- Preparing timely and accurate donor acknowledgements, receipts and thank‑you communications
- Responding warmly and professionally to donor enquiries across phone, email and online channels
- Maintaining high‑quality CRM data, processing donations across multiple channels and producing reliable reports
- Supporting fundraising campaigns, appeals, newsletters and digital communications
- Managing fundraising compliance, licences and privacy obligations across Australia
- Coordinating bequests and estate gifts, working respectfully with lawyers, executors and donor families
- Providing general administration and basic finance support in collaboration with Finance and Communications
What you’ll bring

- Experience in administration, customer service or fundraising support
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in getting things right
- A friendly, confident communication style and genuine care for people
- Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets and digital tools
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in the disability or not‑for‑profit sector is welcome — but not essential.
