We’re looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our Home & Living team in Western Sydney. In this role, you’ll support people in their homes and communities to build skills, achieve their goals and enjoy everyday life.

What you’ll be doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll help create meaningful outcomes by:

• Supporting customers with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
• Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills
• Helping people connect with their community and participate in activities they enjoy
• Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred support
• Advocating for the rights, choices and goals of the people you support
