What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
  • Supporting participants to build confidence, develop life skills, and increase independence.
  • Encouraging social inclusion and participation in community activities
  • Developing positive relationships with participants, families, carers, and other stakeholders.
  • Promoting dignity, choice, rights, and inclusion in every interaction.


About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
  • Is reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.
  • Can work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers, and active nights.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Brings a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience to their work.
  • Holds or is willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and current First Aid and CPR certification.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a related qualification
  • Experience in disability support, aged care, community services, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred support practices.
