About the role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Casuals to join our Fruit Packing and Dehusking team at Summerland Farm. This hands-on role involves supporting daily processing operations alongside our Team Leaders and Supported Employees. You’ll be assisting with macadamia sorting, packing custard apples and avocados, picking avocados, and undertaking general cleaning duties.

No experience required – full training provided

Flexible shifts: Monday to Friday with weekend and evening work during peak periods.

Start date: Must be available for in-person interviews in February 2026, ready to commence shortly after

About you:

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

• A current NSW Working With Children Check (or are willing to obtain)
• Respect and empathy when working alongside people with disability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• Alignment with Aruma’s core values and Code of Conduct
• A practical understanding of WHS requirements
• Sufficient physical fitness for manual handling and farm-based environmental conditions
