What You’ll Be Doing

Every shift is different — but every shift makes a difference.

You’ll support people with disability to:

• Build independence and confidence
• Live safely at home
• Get out into the community
• Try new activities
• Enjoy their hobbies and interests
• Feel connected and valued

This might include personal care, daily routines, or getting out and about — always with a person‑centred, respectful approach. Your work helps people live life on their terms — and that’s pretty special.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience is great — but heart is essential.

If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, childcare, aged care, health, customer service, or ANY role where you support people… your skills are warmly welcomed.

You’re a great fit if you are:

✔ Positive, motivated and reliable

✔ A natural helper and communicator

✔ Calm under pressure and ready to learn

✔ Passionate about people and connection

Qualifications in human services or health related disciplines are desirable, but not essential.

Transferable skills are welcome!

Understanding of person‑centred practice is desirable – we will train you if you’re new to the sector.
