We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of disability services, ensuring outstanding customer outcomes, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee a portfolio of services across multiple locations, providing leadership and support to a team of managers responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred supports.

Success in this role will be demonstrated through the leadership of high-performing, customer-centred services that achieve strong operational, financial, quality, and compliance outcomes. A commitment to building engaged and capable teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving continuous improvement will be essential.
Strong experience in leading geographically dispersed teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives is required. An ability to balance commercial objectives with exceptional service delivery, while identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and business development, will be highly valued.
A passion for person-centred practice and a commitment to human rights, inclusion, and choice for people with disability will underpin all aspects of leadership and decision-making.

- Highly developed commercial, analytical, and strategic capabilities, combined with exceptional communication, relationship management, and decision-making skills. A proven ability to translate strategy into action, deliver measurable outcomes, and build high-performing teams within customer-focused and values-driven organisations is essential.
- Experience within the disability, community services, health, aged care, or broader human services sectors will be highly regarded. Knowledge of NDIS funding arrangements, regulatory requirements, person-centred practices, and service delivery frameworks will be advantageous.
