Why this role matters
As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our Facilities Management contracts run seamlessly nationwide. You’ll be the backbone of contract reporting, compliance, and data insights — helping us deliver high-quality, safe, and sustainable services.
You won’t just manage contracts — you’ll enable better outcomes for our customers, teams, and participants.
This role is Full Time Temporary up to January 2027, located in Newcastle NSW.
What you’ll be doing
In this dynamic and collaborative role, you will:
Contracts & Reporting
- Manage contract administration across Facilities Management agreements
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting to meet customer and compliance requirements
- Analyse contract data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with leaders, contractors, and customers
- Support tenders, quotes, and business development activities
Data & Performance
- Transform large datasets into clear, insightful reports
- Monitor KPIs, contract obligations, and performance outcomes
- Support invoicing processes by ensuring job accuracy and completion
Systems & Process Improvement
- Maintain and improve systems for contract tracking and reporting
- Identify gaps and recommend smarter, more efficient ways of working
- Contribute to ISO-aligned quality, safety, and environmental standards
What success looks like
In your first 6–12 months, you’ll have:
- Delivered accurate, high-quality contract reporting that strengthens customer trust
- Built strong partnerships with Facilities Management teams and stakeholders
- Identified process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong contract administration experience
- Analytical and comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools
- A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Solutions-focused, adaptable, and proactive
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and systems like SharePoint
Nice to have:
- Facilities Management or field services experience
- Exposure to contract tendering and costings
- Experience with systems like Urbanise
