About the role:

As a General Hand Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning the Aruma Hub located at Warilla.

You will work independently to ensure the site is clean, safe, and welcoming for staff, visitors, and participants.

Position Details

• Part-time position
• 3 days per week
• Location: Aruma Hub, Commerce Drive, Warilla
• Working hours: 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• Regular roster: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Key Duties

• General cleaning of offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting.
• Emptying bins and maintaining a tidy environment.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained at all times.

About you:

• A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling and environmental requirements of the position.
• Ability to work independently.
• Cert III in Cleaning Operations or equivalent experience in commercial cleaning.
• Strong verbal and written communication; knows when to escalate issues.
• Practical problem-solving skills for maintenance and site tasks.
• Valid driver’s licence, minimum P2.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
