What You’ll Do
- Support adults or children to build skills and reach personal goals
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, hygiene, and household routines
- Encourage social connection through hobbies and community activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
- Keep clear, accurate records to support quality care
You’ll be a great fit if you’re:
- Compassionate and people‑focused
- Open to learning new skills
- Reliable and comfortable working a rotating roster including over nights and weekends
- Organised and attentive to detail
- Able to obtain First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and WWCC
- Hold a current Drivers licence
