About the role:

This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate leader to guide a small team of employees living with disabilities. You will coach and support a diverse team, helping them build valuable skills while producing our iconic Aussie biscuits for Aruma’s commercial customers.

In this rewarding position, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting individuals to achieve their potential, while contributing to a purpose-driven business. You’ll be part of a supportive and inclusive Business Enterprises team, committed to creating genuine employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Production Coordinator with daily production activities.
  • Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to supported employees within the team.
  • Assist with coordinating workflow and team activities in a biscuit production environment.
  • Use workplace systems and technology to complete daily tasks and maintain accurate support documentation and production records.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food safety requirements in a HACCP-accredited production environment.

  • Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Food Handling, Disability, or similar) desirable.
  • Current driver’s licence required.
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR certification.
