About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Support Officer to join our Hospitality & Tourism team.
This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating administration, reporting, financial data processes, and customer engagement to ensure the smooth running of the business.
You’ll work closely with operational leaders across hospitality, retail, tourism, and farm based experiences, supporting both day-to-day operations and commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating operational administration, systems, and documentation
- Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly reporting
- Managing financial data processes, including invoicing accuracy and tracking
- Maintaining workforce and operational data to support planning and decisions
- Managing and updating digital platforms, bookings, and website content
- Supporting customer enquiries, bookings, and commercial opportunities
- Assisting with compliance, audits (e.g. HACCP), and safety documentation
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Leading and supporting a small team, including supported employees
About You
- Experience in administration, operations support, or business coordination.
- Strong attention to detail with confidence managing data and financial processes.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident with systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Experience supporting or leading small teams (desirable).
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or similar environments (desirable).
