About the Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Albion Park:
This service involves supporting individuals with complex care needs, including epilepsy, seizures, mental health challenges, autism, and behaviour support. Applicants must understand the demands of complex care and be prepared to work in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach.
Blackbutt:
This service involves supporting individuals with dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, behaviour support, and age-related health concerns. Experience in aged care would be highly beneficial, along with patience, empathy, and the ability to provide calm, person-centred support.
Across both services, successful applicants will need to demonstrate:

- Ability to exude calmness under pressure
- Being attuned to participants’ needs
- A proactive approach to care and support
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities
- Assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development
- Promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans
- Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities
