This role suits a HR professional who enjoys working in a structured environment, applying strong judgement to complex people matters, and influencing leaders to deliver high standards of people leadership.

The Opportunity
You’ll be the trusted HR advisor for your portfolio — providing clear, consistent, and accountable people advice that supports leaders to make confident decisions.

What You’ll Deliver
Expert Employee Relations Advice
- Provide authoritative, evidence‑driven advice that resolves issues quickly and decisively.
- Support investigations and disciplinary processes with fairness and procedural integrity
- Ensure leaders align decisions with legislation, industrial instruments, and policy
Leadership Capability
- Coach leaders to manage performance and accountability confidently
- Strengthen decision‑making capability through practical, structured guidance
- Support leaders to apply people processes consistently and effectively
Workforce Data & Insights
- Analyse workforce trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leaders
- Maintain disciplined, accurate HR documentation and records
Culture & Standards
- Champion accountability, respect, and high‑performing team behaviours
- Support leaders to address issues early and constructively
- Contribute to a culture aligned with Aruma’s values and purpose
What You Bring
You’re a credible HR professional who combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to building strong teams and fair outcomes.
You will bring:
- A degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR advisory or generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR frameworks
- The ability to analyse issues logically and make sound, defensible recommendations
- Confidence using HR systems, data, and reporting
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Experience across disability, health, or human services is advantageous.
