About the Role
As a Recruitment Support Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in bringing exceptional talent into our Children Services team. You’ll be at the heart of the hiring process ensuring candidates and hiring leaders experience a seamless, professional, and engaging recruitment journey from start to finish.
You’ll actively shape hiring decisions, drive candidate quality, and contribute to building high-performing teams that deliver life-changing support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go-to contact for candidates, delivering a warm, responsive, and professional experience
- Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and keep recruitment processes moving smoothly
- Shortlist, interview, and assess candidates against values, competencies, and role fit
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to guide hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with all required checks
- Support high-volume recruitment campaigns without compromising quality
- Identify process improvements and help us continuously raise the bar

- Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or high-volume admin environments
