The Employment Administration Support Officer provides essential administrative and operational support to the Commercial Laundry.

This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, coordinating workforce schedules, processing payroll, managing procurement, supporting account activities, and tracking compliance to ensure seamless and efficient production services.

By managing key administrative functions and supporting operational teams, this position plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, compliance, and financial accuracy across the portfolio.

A Day in the Life of an Employment Administration Support Officer...      

  • Support the Production team with their administrative needs to ensure a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
  • Assist stakeholders by implementing processes and systems that improve performance, optimise resources, and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication across the Production Services Portfolio.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture aligned with Aruma’s values, supporting strong team results.

  • Able to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong administration and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High level of computer literacy and confidence using systems and technology.

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs, including adopting new systems and technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adjust style to suit different audiences.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS funding model and processes.
  • Understanding of the disability services sector.
  • Formal leadership training (e.g., Cert IV or Diploma in Frontline Management).
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check.
